The Wright Way: Play date??

Sooo today Cece and I packed up and headed out to Discovery Village to meet up with Caitlin and four other mommy friends and their kids. When you have kids, things never go as planned. Three of the friends and their kids had colds and had to cancel. THEN, I'm driving down the highway and I get a call from Caitlin...her car battery was dead! She had packed up both her girls and had to break the news to poor little Taylor that the car wasn't working. Of course Taylor was devastated to miss out on a play date and suggested "Krystal can come save us!!" How could I refuse the pleas of an adorable two year old? So Cece and I headed to Caitlin's house to jump start their car. Only problem: neither Caitlin have the remotest idea how to jump start a car. With Taylor keeping Cece company in the car and Raegan crying by herself in the living room (Poor baby!), we got on the phone with her mechanic brother-in-law and after an hour (and both of us totally freaked out that we were going to electrocute ourselves) we figured it out. We were so tired from the ordeal that we skipped Discovery Village, had the only other not sick mom join us and enjoyed coffee and waffles at Caitlin's house. All that we really wanted was to get out and see friends anyhow.. and it was a bonding experience for Caitlin and I. :)

my adorable, happy God-Daughter! Love Raegan so much... she is always happy. (okay, unless she is abandoned in the house by herself while we jump start a battery...)
